Branding Sneak Peek!

Oh, yes…it is about that time! The new year is approaching and I am gearing up to take 2012 by storm. By land, sea, and air! Okay, maybe not by sea. More like through my camera lens. Anyway, all you really need to know is that it will be amazing. And Ravyn, the creative wonder behind Three Fifteen Design, is playing a vital part in the amazing making for my new year.

Ever since this past Spring when I decided to go by my name professionally, instead of a third party company name, I have been determined to make sure my branding was very me. I want the ‘me’ clients see online (and throughout all of my branding) to be 100% the ‘me’ they can expect to show up on their big day, wearing a requisite sparkly accessory (or two!), dying over the bride’s fabulous shoes, silently shedding a tear during the first dance behind my camera, and loving every minute of capturing the magic of their wedding day. I have worked hard on conveying that through my branding thus far but at the end of the day, I’m no graphic design guru and I came to a point where I had to admit, my branding could use some spiffing up!

This is where Ravyn of Three Fifteen Design comes in to create all kinds of amazing!

After a few bullet pointed emails, unloading my many Pinterest boards onto her and talking her ear off about who knows what (Once I get going…), she presented me with the design board for my spiffing up project. I couldn’t help but yell out in excitement when I opened it. She took and expanded upon all the right bits and pieces of me (and my pins!) for my branding design. I wanted her to take my branding to the next level, to spiff me up and make me sparkle. I wanted her to help me showcase what makes me uniquely who I am, not only as a person, but as a wedding photographer. I wanted her to help me express myself better to attract the clients that are the best fit for me! And let me tell you…I am going to Sparkle! (Yes, with a capital S, no less! Whatttt? I just really like sparkle.) More importantly, I am going to get the clients who want the sassy, big-hearted, shoe-obsessed, vintage glam loving photographer. I am going to take 2012 by storm. Didn’t I tell ya? I am so beyond excited to see what magic Ravyn creates for me, because she clearly knows how to encapsulate who I am and make me shine. So much more to come….
