In case you haven’t had your fill of that warm Texas glow, I bring you the last of our many Wildflowers Workshop shoots in Round Top, put on by the ever-inspiring Joy Harmon Prouty (Wildflowers Photography). This family shoot was originally intended to focus mostly on the Skidmore family’s newborn, Atticus, but precious Gracylu, handsome Harrison, and beautiful mommy, Tristian (of Gracylu Originals!), got in on the fun, too! The Skidmore family was so unbelievably precious…but with 20+ ladies surrounding them with cameras clicking away, the kids were rather shy to start. But it didn’t take long for them to warm up to us, they quickly went about singing songs, picking flowers, and frolicking through the field without paying much attention to us at all. Perfect. By the end of the shoot, I really just wanted to put down my camera and go frolic with them!

This sun drenched shoot had a guest star….Joy and Donny’s whimsical hot air balloon! How perfect and precious for baby Atticus to rest in! Thank you for all your work in getting it together, Donny!
