Shoe Therapy

Summer is here! That means it is the season of pretty pedicures and even prettier shoes! And I love this Sonia Rykiel tag line, found on pinterest. It just gets me. Bring on the heels!

Today, I have a big scary meeting with an accountant to make sure everything is all good and I am doing everything I need to do to prepare for the next round of taxes as a business owner. This meeting is big and scary because these types of meetings have a tendency to give me that crazy overwhelmed feeling, where I am bombarded with so much information that I leave more confused than when I came in! But, I am confident I will be in good hands, so I am not too too worried. And besides, I plan to reward myself with a little shoe therapy to dull that frantic feeling I am bound to have afterwards. I have worn out some of my ‘shooting weddings shoes’ from last year, so a little shoe shopping is totally validated. I mean, it’s for work! I can’t help it if my work shoes just happen to be super adorable and require me to sit in the Nordstrom shoe department testing them all out, for hours! It is a hard job, but somebody has got to do it! Happy Monday!
