Tantrums…And So It Begins

I thought sassy little baby tantrums didn’t start until at least 2 years old, but it turns out I was wrong because, boy, can this kid bring the drama when he wants to. Pull him away from something he knowingly is not supposed to be touching and you get kicking feet and flailing legs with tears. Pull something out of his mouth and he acts like you ran over his dog he turns on the big fat waterworks so fast! Take a bottle away when he is basically just spilling it on the floor for kicks and he throws his head to the floor and cries with all the little baby drama he can muster. It was cute at first. And pretty funny actually, but I am starting to realize the endearing part of it all is going to lose steam pretty quickly here. They are actually pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, usually only happy when he is overtired, and they last quite literally 2 seconds, but if the future is stage 4 meltdowns in the middle of Target, I’m soooo not looking forward to this new stage. Heaven help me, we can’t take two people in this house having tantrums when things don’t go their way. Well…heaven help my spouse that is! 🙂ba3071e46b3211e38c000e4efbc22637_8

Oh boy!! It begins… Somehow he’s still adorable…Maybe since I can’t hear him screaming from across the pond 😉

Lol aww, poor guy. I started walking away early on. Just ignore him or walk out of the room. Tantrums don’t last as long if there isn’t an audience. He is a cutie though even when he’s mad. =)

Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Good luck.

He is at the terrible two stage, but just wait….three’s are worse!
