As a planner by nature, I don’t think it comes as a shock to anyone that I couldn’t let the gender of our little one be a surprise! And the suspense has been killing us! The spouse is dying to paint the baby’s room and start calling our little one by name, while I’m dying to buy up all the adorable baby clothes and accessories as far as the eye can see! I want to plan, prepare, and…most importantly, decorate accordingly! So, last week, when the day for our 20 week ultrasound had finally come, we were as eager as could be, even showing up over an hour early for our appointment! And I have to say that there might be something to that saying about a ‘mother’s intuition’ because guess what?! I was right!!!
Baby Miller is…

I know what you are all thinking…I must be dying over the fact that we are not having a girl. Sure, I lamented the loss of lacey dresses, frills, and sparkles for about a milisecond, but not even long enough to register the thoughts because truly I am beyond ecstatic to be having a healthy baby boy! (There is plenty of time for a baby girl down the line!) So, bring on the dapper baby bow ties and tiny adorable newsie caps, I can’t wait!
