I don’t even know where to begin with Jackie and Andrew! I absolutely love these two and not just because they are two of the most genuine and sweet people I have ever met, but also because they are so obviously (and deliriously) in love. Within minutes of meeting them at their engagement session, I knew. I knew that they were one of ‘those couples.’ You know the kind, the ones who can’t help but be cute together all the time…even when you put the camera down! The ones who are so completely smitten with each other and so happy in love, that the happy feeling is just infectious! It is such a beautiful and amazing gift to be around. And it is no exaggeration when I tell you that getting to be a part of their wedding was a true honor. At the end of the night, I went home with the fullest of hearts and a smile on my face. So thankful to have played a small part in their love story. So happy for Jackie and Andrew to continue their life together, as husband and wife.

And even though these two may have already been officially married on a Colorado mountain top mere weeks before, their Morton Aboretum wedding was no less special or meaningful. From an herb passing ceremony to blessings read by family members and the breaking of glass, it was imbued with not only tradition, but the infectious love between Jackie and Andrew! I honestly don’t think you could have got that girl to stop smiling if you tried! Love it!

Jackie’s bracelet was Andrew’s grandmothers and her perfume was a scent that reminded her of her childhood, I love special little details!
Thank you to Suzy for second shooting like a champ on this double header wedding weekend! And for capturing lovely moments such as these…
All of the florals for Jackie and Andrew’s wedding (by the amazing Kelly Marie of Fleur!) were comprised of herbs and wildflowers. From the potted rosemary centerpieces to the mint in Jackie’s bouquet and lavender in Andrew’s boutonniere. (Let me tell you…their wedding smelled amazing!!!)

Such a perfect spot to be married!
I told you that smile was going nowhere!
The herb passing ceremony was such a beautiful ritual: Each herb brought up by a parent, grandparent, or family member and gathered in Jackie and Andrew’s hands.
How adorable are these two?!
You can’t deny the happy when the bride dances away with her groom!
It was so very hard to narrow down some of Jackie and Andrew’s gorgeous portraits…they are not only beautiful, but I love how genuine and true to them as a couple they are!

That is one happy groom, he can’t help but smile!
I normally don’t blog family portraits, but I couldn’t help but share some candid moments between Jackie and her grandpa during portraits. These are the BEST kind of family photos! The real ones. The ones you will treasure forever! Love!
The details were impeccable. Thanks to one crafty Jackie and the ever-fabulous Fleur! The moss set seating stones and moss table numbers were all Jackie! I nearly died at how lovely it all was!
The amazingly unique and perfect centerpieces were by Fleur. Loved the cloche covered flowers!
Of course these two would have an outdoorsy wedding cake, hiking bride and groom, and all!
Have I mentioned Jackie is a dancer…an amazing salsa dancing queen, at that! Yes, their reception was packed with dancing! Loved it!
And Andrew’s dad wrote them a song! Between Jackie’s master-outdoors-man dad and Andrew’s crooning dad, this is one amazing family!

Jackie letting her inner salsa queen out!
Probably the most fun part of the reception! Nobody can resist a good Hora!

This is one party that didn’t stop! Even after the band began to pack up, people were hesitant to leave the dance floor!
Thank you Jackie and Andrew for letting me be a part of your day! May your love always shine this bright!
So many amazing vendors made Jackie and Andrew’s day a success!
